In a school-level analysis of organizational decisions and the problems that motivated them, the R4S team found variability in the decisions described, and even greater variability in problem-framing of those decisions. This is an in-depth look at the number of decisions and the perceptions of the problem the decisions addressed. The Data Point, Problems and Decisions in School A, has a companion piece, Types of Problems and Decisions Occurring in Schools, which provides insight into the types of problems commonly faced by educators and the types of decisions made to address the problems.
