Structures for Research Use in Schools

Educators were asked about the five common school structures schools and districts use to influence the use of research when making decisions about classroom practice, school-based decisions, and district-level decisions:
    1) Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)
    2) Instructional leadership teams
    3) instructional coaches
    4) research-practice partnerships
    5) district research office

This report, Structures for Research Use in Schools, indicates how educators are using the structures in place to disseminate research.
