Open-ended data from the field trial of the Survey of Evidence in Education (SEE-S) provide insight into the types of problems school-based educators commonly face, and the types of decisions that are made to address those problems. The Data Point, Types of Problems and Decisions Occurring in Schools, has a companion piece, Problems and Decisions in School A, which is a school-level analysis of organizational decisions and the problems that motivated them.
