The Survey of Evidence in Education for Schools, SEE-S, is designed to be completed by educators as a means of capturing a range of issues related to the individual’s and school’s use of evidence in decision-making processes. Items in the beginning of the survey describe a school’s depth of (research) use and are followed by items that assess educators’ perspectives and assumptions about research, their connections to researchers and brokers, and their capacity to interpret research.
The Survey of Evidence in Education for Researchers, SEE-R, is designed to be completed by researchers and knowledge brokers as a means of capturing their activities to produce and disseminate research, perspectives and assumptions about research, their connections to practitioners, and their capacity to communicate with practitioners.
