Kati Tilley and Scott Sheridan, researchers at the Center for Research Use in Education, have studied the decisions made in recent school improvement efforts and the problems or challenges that motivated those decisions.
In Conceptualizing Research Use: Problems & Decisions in Schools, they report on the qualitative analysis of educators’ reports of school-based organizational decisions, and the problems motivating them, from the Survey of Evidence in Education for Schools.
